Every Digital Declutterer product is a digital download. If a product does not help you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to send anything back.
How to ask for a refund
- Use the contact page within 30 days of your purchase.
- Include your order number or the email address you used at checkout.
- A short note on what did not work for you is welcome but not required. It helps us improve the product.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or PayPal.
Download problems
If a download link does not work or a file will not open, contact us and we will send the file again. Your download links also appear in your order confirmation email.
Updates
When steps in a product change because Apple, Google, Microsoft or another company updates its software, we update the file. Buyers can download the latest version from the same download link at no extra cost.
